Who can make a Tiny Store?
Whether you're a craftsmaker or weekend baker, Tiny is for you. Use Tiny to operate your business at home or anywhere and sell to your local community and beyond. All with less hassle.
What if I don't have a physical store?
We understand that a lot of people starting a business might not have a brick-and-mortar location. That’s why on Tiny, you can offer local pickup for your customers.
Am I able to offer shipping?
Tiny is currently focusing on local pick-up and will expand to shipping in the future. Join the waitlist to stay in the loop!
How do I accept payments?
Tiny currently does not accept payments, but we plan to add support for online payments in the future. Join the waitlist for updates!
How can I share my Tiny Store?
Your Tiny Store URL is designed to be shareable anywhere. Although you are creating this on your phone, your storefront is designed to be beautiful on all devices.
When will Tiny Store be available?
While we're working on building Tiny, join the waitlist to stay up to date and we'll let you know once we're ready to launch!
How much will it cost to create a Tiny Store?
Eligible early adopters received Humongous access for life. No gotchas. If you’re unsure whether your account has lifetime access, please contact us at help@tinycompany.co.
The plan is for Tiny Store to always be free of cost for general use for entrepreneurs. Currently, there are no concrete plans to charge our Tiny merchants who onboard onto Tiny Store after we are publicly available.

We want to empower you to be your own boss and manage your business effortlessly. Tiny helps you sell to your local community as well as to the world. We will help you grow from the very start and give you all the right tools to succeed.
Manage your Tiny Store
How do I change my Tiny Store color and theme?
Click on the Account Tab and under Store Setting, click Store Theme. There are pre-set color themes you may choose, but for more custom colors, select Choose logo and colors. Don’t forget to click Save to ensure all your changes are reflected.
How do I update my Store Description?
Click on the Account Tab and under Store Setting, click Store Description. We currently only allow a 250-character limit. Don’t forget to click Save.
Manage Payments
How do I choose which accepted payment type icons to display?
Click on the Account Tab and under Store Setting, click Accepted Payment Types. Select the payment options you would like to accept. Selected payment types will be highlighted. All these payment types will be reflected for all of your products on Tiny.
Can I accept online payments?
Currently, we do not accept online payments through Tiny Store, but you are welcome to accept them off of the platform. We do, however, encourage merchants and their customers to make the transactions in person due to potential fraud.
Online payments will be an upcoming feature under the paid tier for merchants.
Manage Social Media Links
How do I add, edit, or delete my social media accounts on Tiny?
Click on the Account Tab and under Store Setting, click Social Media Accounts. You will have an option to add new, edit, or delete existing social media accounts. Don’t forget to save your progress!
How will my social media links look on my Tiny Store?
They will be visual buttons shaped like pills on your Tiny Store. The links are there to assist your customers in getting to know you more as an entrepreneur, creator, and business.
How to manage my Tiny account?
How do I update my email address?
Open the Tiny App, click on the Account Tab, then Account Settings, and finally, Change my email.
How do I change my password?
Open the Tiny App, click on the Account Tab and under Account Settings, and finally, Change my password.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Open the Tiny App, and click Forgot password on the log-in flow. If you have any issues, please contact us at help@tinycompany.co.
How many products and items can I post on Tiny Store?
Currently, we do not have a set limit on the quantity of products merchants can post. Note that we reserve the right to remove products or put a limit on your store if we suspect abuse or misuse of our Tiny platform. Subject to change.
Can I create multiple Tiny Stores?
Currently, merchants can only create one Tiny Store per account.
Where can I set up online payments?
Online payments are currently in progress. We recommend using other payment platforms or types for now (i.e. Venmo, Paypal, traditional cold hard cash, etc).

What inspired Tiny Store?
Our Tiny team is composed of people who grew up in small family businesses and saw firsthand how difficult but rewarding it was for their parents to start their entrepreneurial journey. We are building Tiny Store to empower incredible people to turn their creativity and passion into sustainable living.
From wandering Sunday farmer’s markets and speaking to local producers, to exploring craft markets and speaking to amazing entrepreneurs at their booths, we heard time and time again how difficult it was to grow their business, get more sales, and control their costs. Tiny aims to solve all three of those concerns.
