Tiny Store Membership Terms

Thank you for using Tiny Store. We want to keep our membership plans simple, fair, and sustainable for everyone. By purchasing or maintaining a Tiny Store membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Services

Tiny Store may offer optional membership plans that provide access to premium features, tools, services, or benefits. Membership features may change, improve, or evolve over time as we continue building and improving Tiny Store.

2. Billing and Renewals

Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase).

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew using your selected payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring your billing information remains current and accurate.

3. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or the applicable app marketplace. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect the remainder of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

All membership payments are final and non-refundable.

Tiny Store does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for unused membership periods, partial use of services, downgrades, or cancellations.

However, in limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, Tiny Store may choose to issue a full or partial refund. Any such refund does not obligate Tiny Store to provide refunds in similar situations in the future.

5. Changes to Membership Plans

We may modify membership pricing, features, benefits, or plan offerings from time to time. If we make material changes to your membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Continued use of the membership after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated membership terms.

6. Suspension or Termination

To protect our platform, community, and business operations, Tiny Store reserves the right to suspend, restrict, cancel, refuse, or terminate any membership, account, or access to membership features at any time and for any lawful reason, with or without prior notice.

Where reasonably possible, we may attempt to notify affected users; however, Tiny Store is not obligated to do so.

Membership termination does not entitle a user to a refund except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Tiny Store in its sole discretion.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, Tiny Store does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of membership features. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to any membership, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Continued use of a membership after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
